Does it replace my diary or booking system?
No. Your diary stays yours. The Web Agent captures and qualifies the lead and sends it to you — you decide what gets booked. It sits happily alongside any booking or job-management tool you already run.

Are there hidden costs later — AI fees, usage bills?
No. The £69 a month covers the lot: the Web Agent's running costs, hosting, security updates and the monthly check on your numbers. No usage fees, no token bills, no surprise invoices. If that ever had to change, you'd hear it from Darren first — in writing.
One Engineer builds everything — what if he's ill, on holiday, or retires?
Fair question, honestly answered: your system doesn't need anyone hovering over it. The Website, Web Agent and Command Centre run unattended — they don't stop when a human does. Everything is documented to engineering standard. The one-Engineer model is why the price is honest; it isn't a single point of failure for your front desk.
Will it make things up or give bad advice?
It's built not to — that's the Positive System's whole job. It answers only from your facts, never invents a price, refuses diagnostics, and when it doesn't know, it says so, takes the customer's details and brings you in.
